General/Other: IT/Software Development Industry Management Consulting Services Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code 15926.749738.56290 WHY WAIT?Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?This may be your lucky day!It is time for a change, and CDI can help!We have an immediate need for a Sr. Web Production Support EngineerJOB DESCRIPTION- This individual will lead third level technical production support for the organizations online products and services to ensure maximum performance, availability and security. -- Uses DNS, diagnostic and customer simulation tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and/or restore service to the production environment. -Identifies application and/or hardware/OS problems. - Reroutes customer traffic around production problems, project implementations and application code updates. - Provides regular on-call production support requiring quick response and coordination leading to problem resolution or escalation to 3rd level. Leads cross-group production support conference calls. - Participates in writing and updating Business Continuation Plan and troubleshooting documents. - Coaches and gives direction to less experienced web support engineers. *Minimum Qualifications *BS and 5-8 years of industry experience with the following software and monitoring tools: - Must have a least 1+ yrs of experience with HP OVO alarming and console services, Linborg monitoring tool for system status and system checkouts. - Must have at least 5 + years of experience with F5 Load balancing, Weblogic 8.1, Sun One Web Server, IBM MQ series, Autosys NDM application and Netbackup software. - On-call 24x7 experience for supporting over 200 servers in an Internet Banking environment. - Experience with SSL certificate installation for SUN One and Weblogic using the keytool. - Experience with Remedy for use with Change Request and Trouble Tickets. - Experience with RHEL 4.X OS and SUN Solaris OS version 8/10 with tuning and troubleshooting using different tools like Dtrace, Teamquest is preferred TAKE ACTION!Why wait another day?It is time to act!Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!!!
