Sr. Training Specialist & Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Sr, Training Specialist for this permanent positin for our client in the Chicagoland area.

 

Description:

 

This position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and delivering technical and non-technical training programs.  The Sr. Training Specialist works with Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver customer service plan and systems training. This position also supports the Manager of Training and Organizational Development in the development of enterprise learning and performance solutions from needs analysis and curriculum design.

 

 

Requirements:5-7 years experience assessing team and organizational needs, developing curriculum and delivering both soft and technical training.Knowledge and experience in curriculum design, development and instruction for adult learners. Working knowledge of process and procedure analysis and development.Practical experience with Adult Learning Theory and instructional design models. Must be energetic, detail oriented, flexible and a quick learner. Must be have ability to work in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in training, human resources, adult education.
