Senior Supply Chain Source Specialist

Performs procurement related functions in support of numerous government and commercial contracts on the Consolidated Infrastructure Services Program (CIS) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation and company policies and procedures. This includes source identification and recommendation, issuing various procurement solicitation documents (RFQs, RFPs) proposal evaluation, source selection, contract award post award administration, metric reporting. Represents supply chain/procurement on projects. Interacts with internal and external personnel requiring coordination between organizations. * Application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards pertaining to government procurement, including FAR experience. * Knowledge of industry practices. * Competent computer skills * Good communication and analytical skills * Experience in competitive procurement generating various competitive and non competitive procurement instruments and post award administration * Knowledge of source selection team activities * Security Clearance: TS/SCI Desired Skills: * SAP experience * Interpersonal skills * Negotiation experience * Ability to propose, organize and implement process improvements * Knowledge of various electronic procurement tools (i.e. internet reverse auctions) * Familiar with price/cost analysis, TINA and CAS * Excellent word processing, spread sheet and database skills.
