CEB is headquartered in Washington, D.C. with offices in Chicago, San Francisco, London, Sydney, and New Delhi.   Senior Marketing Manager The primary goal of the Sr. Marketing Manager position is to support achievement of short- and long-term middle market revenue objectives by leading the marketing effort to develop messaging and materials to support sales efforts. Specifically, this position will be the chief steward of the MMKT brand and write/edit, create, design and coordinate production and delivery of marketing messaging and materials for external prospect communications including: email campaigns, promotional materials, press releases and public web site content.  The position will also conduct continuous market testing and develop insights that drive strategic and tactical recommendations  Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team to drive idea and design and execute multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion Write and/or edit all electronic and printed communications materials related to acquisition marketing Partner with Practice/Program and Sales leadership as appropriate to define campaign specific strategies and execute against plans. Develop efficient testing strategies and adapt/improve as part of a learning culture Provide marketing insight from campaign results across Practice   Qualifications: 5-7 years experience in B2B marketing executing direct marketing campaigns Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, compelling email campaigns, marketing collateral and sales materials and to effectively edit the work of others (Candidate should have writing samples available for review.) Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage a staff with a high volume workload 3 years experience in a supervisory position and demonstrate the ability to achieve results through others by prioritizing activities, delegating and monitoring the progress of assignments.
