Senior Director / Assistant Controller

Under the direction of the Controller, the Assistant Controller directs the financial affairs of a business entity The Assistant Controller will need to manage monthly closing process, ensure accurate and timely financial statements, oversee budgeting and forecasting, oversee the finance team, review entries and schedules prepared by staff, prepare financial statements, reports for review by management, revenue projections and profit analysis, be involved in annual audit, and perform special projects as required. The Assistant Controller must be able to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management and maintain the utmost confidentiality and be flexible and meet commitments in a fast-paced environment.
