Senior Developer w/ OLAP Experience

  Responsibilities:Lead development, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of innovative Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting products for the Private Client business segment. Work with Business on developing Functional Specifications based on Requirements documents. Work with existing customer data model to identify the appropriate OLAP Dimensions.   Work with the business to create the following business rules:   Meeting with business associates to discuss business problems, extracting technical issues and formulating and presenting technical solutions.   Provide troubleshooting support to application business users.   Evaluate and use various technologies to carry out a technical solution.   Stay abreast of leading industry technologies outside of programming.   Provide training to the general business community regarding new application features and functionality.      

Requirements
7 to 15 years Microsoft, .NET  development experience   Strong object oriented programming experience (C#)   OLAP, Mircrosoft Reporting Services experience Must be well versed in Microsoft Sql Server Analysis Services and building and designing OLAP cubes. Strong database experience with a good understanding of database schema   Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.   Ability to work with limited supervision, independently and in a team.   Ability to process numerous tasks quickly with high quality and meet deadlines.   Demonstrate ability in design and analysis of technical solutions.   Strong communication skills.   Strong people skills and team player
