Senior Change Manager


North Highland is currently seeking Change Management consultants in Houston, Texas  . If you have been successful in a client-facing, consulting role and have Big 4/Consulting experience we would love to hear from you! Qualified candidates will have a minimum of seven years work experience including at least three of these years in management consulting, with strong Organizational Change Management experience. To be successful in this role you must have a background in planning and delivering large-scale enterprise transformations that involve major people, process, and technology efforts. Knowledge and/or experience with the Prosci CM methodology would be a plus.
Candidates must demonstrate project management experience covering a broad business base, complemented with experience and expertise in several of the following disciplines: Organizational change management
Design and implementation of readiness solutions
Communications execution and planning
Organization development and design
Managing change throughout the full lifecycle of a technology implementation
Training design and development
Performance management
Business transformation
Work with Senior Management to design and execute stakeholder analysis
Conduct sponsorship workshops around large scale transformation programs.
