Senior Associate Consultant
Carlisle & Company offers exciting opportunities for Senior Associates to be engaged in global challenges in the service parts industry, and to play a critical role in the success of Carlisle & Company. As a Senior Associate of the firm, you are responsible for conducting and managing both the research and the analysis related to a project, and are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously. Senior Associates must possess an outstanding analytical ability, exceptionally developed computer skills, and robust communications skills. Seasoned interpersonal skills, coupled with a polished, professional demeanor are also critical attributes for successful candidates. We are currently hiring a Senior Associate to be based in our Southfield, Michigan or our Concord, Massachusetts office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the activities of one to three team members on assigned projects.
· Design analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping in order to meet project goals.
· Conduct analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis.
· Gather research, by conducting interviews, searching literature or the Internet and interpreting survey results.
· Summarize research findings.
· Author client presentations and other deliverables.
· Present findings to clients and to senior consulting staff.
Minimum requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree within a discipline requiring a strong analytical aptitude such as: engineering, finance, or economics.
· An MS or MBA degree is strongly preferred
· Two to five years work experience in a management consulting firm or within the motor vehicle industry in a project management or strategic role is extremely desirable.
· Outstanding proficiency within Excel and Access, and PowerPoint is necessary.
· Professional experience with the following: analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets are required.
· Experience with SQL or statistical packages.
· Possess excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Display a professional demeanor.
· Frequent travel is an integral part of this role.
