Senior Architect – Salesforce.com Consulting Practice

 

 

CoreMatrix Systems is expanding our consulting practice and we need your expertise!  We are building our technical development team and have an immediate need for a Senior Architect in our Technical Solutions Center in Dallas, Texas.

 

We are looking for a Senior Architect that brings:

 

·  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.

·  Team player with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·  Custom application development experience with Java, C++, .Net, ASP.

·  Systems integration experience with XML, HTTP/HTTPS and Web Services.

·  A thorough understanding of Relational Database Management (RDBMs) tools and SQL

·  Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools, such as TIBCO and WebMethods.

·  Experience with Extract Transformation and Load (ETL) tools such as Scribe, Pervasive and Informatica. 

·  Knowledge of enterprise packaged solutions, such as, SFA, CRM and ERP.

·  Experience with a top-tier consulting organization and strong client-facing skills.

·  5-10 years managing development and integration projects. 

·  B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.

 

In the Senior Architect role, you will be responsible for both custom development and systems integration engagements, playing both hands-on and coordination roles.  The Senior Architect will be an expert in systems integration and application extension, designing solutions that leverage the force.com platform, APEX code and salesforce.com APIs, as well as additional development and integrations tools.  

 

You must be able to determine project scope, create a level of effort (LOE) estimate, lead a technical requirements gathering sessions, write requirements and technical architecture documents and manage the team and integration efforts.  You must also have strong experience managing client expectations and project scope.

 

A year or more of hands on development experience with the salesforce.com API and completion of several salesforce.com integration projects, in a development and lead technical role, is strongly desired, but not a requirement.  Vertical market experience in Life Sciences, Media & Communications, High Tech Manufacturing or Financial Services a plus.  You must be able to travel regionally, nationally and/or abroad.
