Due to recently added opportunities Corporate Resources Group will be accepting resumes in an effort to seek qualified candidates for full-time Security Associate positions starting on October 10th, 2008 within an upscale and high profile hotel and hospitality environment located in South Boston. CRG provides all daily security support as well as extraneous support for events, functions and VIP guests as needed.
This is a suit and tie position consisting of a black suit, dress shirt and black shoes with choice of tie. CRG will provide, at no cost to the Associate, the suits and shirts as well as on site laundering. Shifts being offered are 3:00PM to 11:00PM and 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
Duties will include providing a secure environment, safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests and visitors as well as access control, initiating investigations, responding to sick or injured associates and guests and writing incident and accident reports.

Full time Security Associate (Officer) pay starts at $14.00 per hour with a performance based increase to $14.50 after three months and $15.00 after six months. All personnel working overnight shifts (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) are given an additional $.75 per hour pay differential.
QUALIFICATIONS
ü Must have an absolutely clean criminal background and be able to pass a thorough background investigation.
ü Must have a minimum of 2 years documented and verifiable experience in law enforcement, military, corrections or the private security services industry.
ü Candidates must be in good physical condition and present a professional image.
ü Candidates must be flexible regarding schedule and work environments, be detail oriented, have a professional attitude, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
ü CPR, First Aid and AED training is a plus but not mandatory as all Associates will receive training. EMT Certified is desirable.
