POSITION SUMMARY:

Full time  qualified dynamic sales /marketing, professional.



 

COMPENSATION:

 



- Salary plus commission to start - much room for growth

- Total compensation is not capped





 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Utilize consultative sales methods to sell our services over the phone and in person. Must own auto to make sales calls in Northern and Central New Jersey

·Grow client base: prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, set new meetings for potential new clients, call new perspective clients, and generate leads



 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

New Business Development:  Responsible for the development of new business Develops an account strategy through research, knowledge and networking Actively target new clients and engaged in a variety of prospecting new business development sales activities



Desire to Succeed:  Demonstrates a initiative, drive, self-reliance and motivation Developed both short-term and longer-term personal & professional goals



 Experience: Minimum of one year sales experience Builds/leverages client relationships through networking 

 

Personal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills to develop new relationships

 

Education: Associates degree or higher preferred
