O2 Companies is a privately owned business with a national presence. We have been in business for over 5 years and have a combined leadership experience in this industry of over 40 yrs. We are presently looking for an Sales Manager for our Salt Lake City Market.
We require a \"Hands On\"coach-able, confident, dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager who has a proven record of leading successful outside sales teams.
Dress Code: Slacks and Polo or Button up shirt.
Tiered Commission plus bonus comp plan
Working Days: Monday thru Saturday
Office and field environment
OWN TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead by example with Personal Sales Quotas
Recruiting, Hiring and Coaching Sales Agents
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Create and facilitate Sales Meetings
Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of previous sales management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and manage sales reports
Ability to work successfully both alone and as part of a team environment
Well represented verbally and visually, driven and can think on your feet!
