Successful Candidates Must Possess:
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
· Self Motivated- must have the ability to work in an environment with little supervision
· Ability to see the “Big Picture”- looks beyond the present and sees a clear vision of what can be achieved
· The ability to develop in depth executable plans that establish clear expectations and deliver dynamic results
· Must have an understanding of fundamental business practices, the marketplace, and knowledge of competitive products and brands
· Listen to, learn, understand, anticipate and respond to the needs and motivations of customers and business owners
Compensation/Salary
Somadyn offers a very aggressive compensation plan. A full benefit package is offered as well. Some of the benefits offered include health insurance, Christmas club, vacation, sick time, and employee discounts on the merchandise we stock. Candidates that are selected must be willing to relocate to the Cape Girardeau, MO area.
