Purpose of Position:

We are currently seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years SAP experience with hands-on experience in SAP FICO experience for our Houston, TX office. Travel will be involved. Candidates must have the following qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degreeCPA (highly desired)Public Accounting experience a plus SAP FI/CO experience 4 SAP LifecyclesSAP 4.6c or LaterAbility to Manage teams of  3 (Team Lead) to 40 people (Project Manager)Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written). Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy. Ability to travel 80% to 100%


Technical Skills needed:

Experience with technology in one or more of the following areas: SAP Financial applications SAP Implementation and configuration experience Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio.
