Sapling is now offering the opportunity to join our rapidly growing company as a Logistics/Report Writer and Purchasing Assistant.

 

 

Job Summary

  Work with Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports (reports to include marketing reports, financial reports, production/delivery reports, etc.) Help to analyze published reports (monthly, bi-monthly, yearly) and troubleshoot and maintain standard reports Work with other departments in the company to understand their needs and customize reports for their department Apply analytical and problem solving skills to support reporting issues as they arise Assist the Purchasing Department with administrative duties as well as project based assignments and interaction with vendors and customers. Work with Mas90 to make corrections and additions to our current database and bills of material Work with purchasing to update inventory and keep inventory current

 

 

Requirements

  Must have Bachelor’s Degree Must have strong analytical skills, intuitive thinking, and problem solving skills Must be highly organized Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (most importantly Excel) Must be a self starter who is fully capable of working independently and within a team environment Must have the ability to learn various software programs quickly Familiarity with crystal reports is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills required Experience with Mas90 and/or Sales Logix Software is a plus Previous work in a manufacturing environment is a plus
