POSITION INFORMATION

Finder: responsible for researching, identifying and data mining qualified cold leads and/or resumes per search

·      Must have solid and systematic online research skills in resume and lead sourcing

·      Must be proficient with recruiting tools and keyword searching

·      Must be passionate about learning and staying up to date on the latest interactive sourcing techniques

Converter: responsible for taking a cold lead and developing that lead into a highly qualified and interested applicant status

·      Must have successful cold calling experience

·      Must enjoy establishing relationships via telephone

·      Must have excellent phone etiquette

Interviewer: responsible for conducting thorough interviews across multiple industries and a wide variety of positions with excellent note-taking and assessment skills

·      Must have extensive interviewing experience

·      Must be highly organized and able to listen and take notes at the same time

·      Must be able to qualify and disqualify candidates with solid and substantial rationale

·      Must be highly efficient with time management

·      Must have good computer skills

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES

·      Full lifecycle recruiting and/or sales experience in a recruitment environment

·      Virtual professional office set up in place and fully functional; successful work in a virtual environment is a plus

·      Part time work availability during peak business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

·      Can commit to being available to work for a minimum of two hours daily M-F
