Receptionist
Helbling & Associates, Inc. is a successful executive search firm located in Wexford, PA. We are seeking a hard-working individual who can offer support to our executive recruiters and existing administrative team in this entry-level role. Responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:
· answering and transferring incoming calls in a professional manner.
· word processing of resumes, references, and correspondence.
· assisting with internet research.
· data entry.
· assisting recruiters and other administrative professionals as needed.
· maintaining client and vendor correspondence files.
· greeting visitors in a professional manner.
The ideal individual will:
· be reliable, a team player, and self-motivated.
· have proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and data entry).
· have a good understanding of office procedures and office equipment usage.
· excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and telephone skills.
· be detail-oriented.
· have the ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently and accurately.
· enjoy assisting others and appreciate and recognize the importance of providing that support.
· have 1 to 2 years of experience in an office setting.
· have the initiative, desire, and ability to take on additional responsibilities as she / he becomes familiar with our company.
