Project Manager - Health Care Analytics
Manages projects involving quantitative measurement and analytical consultative services for Care and Service Quality senior leadership, and provides consultation on an as-needed basis for complex analytical projects involving CMI measurement staff, and in some cases, from other KP entities or outside consultants. Major responsibilities include:1. In consultation with the Director, Center for Healthcare Analytics, initiates, manages, and facilitates analytical projects to meet QRM client needs and achieve Organizational program objectives. 2. Applies project leadership skills, methodological expertise, and knowledge of KP data and analytical resources to determine the scope, design, development, and implementation of QRM analytical projects, including partnership with regional analytical groups and consultation with Health Plan and Medical Group subject area experts. 3. Applies analytic knowledge, skills and experience to perform project-related work, complete specific project tasks, and create project deliverables.4. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships both internal and external to QRM. Engages and sustains support among project participants and clients. Represents the QRM to external partners and clients in communications related to analytical projects.5. Critiques and suggests overall measurement, analytical, and reporting design options, including appropriate tests of significance and display formats.6. Recommends changes to reports based on quality, timing, and other characteristics of data, analytical results, competing priorities, and business needs. 7.
