Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. Duties & Responsibilities - Performs and oversees the testing of IC readout wafers using manual and automated wafer probers - Sets up and uses PC computers, infrared test equipment, manual and automated wafer probers, vacuum pumps, and basic electronic measurement tools - Maintains records on work performed, stores and analyzes data collected and reports results - Removes, replaces and assembles parts as required - Assists engineering in developing test procedures as needed - Hand soldering of electrical parts and wiring of test cable assemblies as needed Core Competencies - Attention to Detail - Analytical Problem Solving - Collaboration & Teamwork - Communication Skills (Oral, written & Listening) - Flexibility Required Education, Knowledge & Experience - AS degree or equivalent experience (e.g., military training) - At least 3 years experience in electronics industry - Mechanical and electrical concepts - Ability to read and understand written test procedures and drawings - ESD procedures - Basic computer skills: Word & Excel - ISO9001 experience – desired TAKE ACTION!Why wait another day?It is time to act!Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!!!
