We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Summary: Sets up and operates complex equipment or processes. Provides the first level of troubleshooting or corrective action to bring processes back within control parameters. (Complex is defined by interrelated, multiple variables requiring operators to use discretionary judgment in set-up and operation.) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Executes engineering test plans for new product development and validation testing. Individual must be self-motivated, a strong team player and can multi-task between testing and maintaining consumables. Provides the first level of troubleshooting or corrective action to bring units back within control parameters, institutes corrective action as required and enters data per test specifications. Individual must be able to operate equipment, clearly articulate test status of print mechanisms and issues associated with specific units, enter test data, report findings, and clearly describe problems accurately to engineers and other shift personnel on a routine basis. Must be able to work under different environmental conditions (i.e., temperatures between 15-35 degrees Celsius, humidity changes between 10-80%) where mechanisms are tested., be able to lift at least 20 lb. boxes and move heavy carts. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, as well as compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs and experience with using a computer and windows/office applications.
