Neudesic is seeking a Principal CRM Consultant experienced with Microsoft CRM 3.0/4.0 for its Dynamics Solutions Group to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft CRM software solutions. The Principal Consultant will work throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, to validate that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs in any of the following Vertical Markets: Financial Services; Healthcare; Pharmaceuticals; Telecommunications; Manufacturing; Retail; Media & Entertainment.
The Principal Consultant shall possess a strong focus on functional elements of the systems development process, an ability to effectively apply development methodologies and tools, capability in the management of systems development projects, and an understanding of the needs of the industry in which solutions are delivered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•
Define and develop state-of-the-art web-based and client-server applications using Microsoft CRM 3.0/4.0 software products, relational database stored procedures, and application programming interfaces provided by Microsoft CRM 3.0/4.0 software or by third party software products.
•
Lead in all aspects of a consulting project(s) including business analysis, customization, development, prototyping, integration and network architecture and quality assurance.
•
Design for application functionality, data structures, integration with other data sources and destinations, user interface functionality, workflow, data migration strategies, etc.
•
Provide advanced expertise in Microsoft CRM 3.0/4.0 technologies and provide advanced problem solving in order to maximize the effectiveness of the Neudesic implementation team.
•
Enable dissemination and assimilation of Neudesic Delivery standards and processes through leading by example.
•
Ensure client and Neudesic interests are aligned.
•
Escalate risks & issues to Delivery Management as necessary.
•
Work with Sales and Project Management to ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated and prioritized during the proposal phase.
•
Mentor and assist a rapidly growing group of Business Solutions Group consultants assigned to the implementation team.
•
Work with the Director of Dynamics Solutions to simplify practice methodologies and processes, so that the Neudesic PMO & Delivery Teams meet the stated PMO goals and objectives.
Additional Skills & Competencies:
•
Proven track record of at least 4 years in the specification, development and delivery of CRM solutions, including consulting role with leadership responsibility.
•
Strong technical integration skills.
•
Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and client-server environments.
•
Knowledge of ASP/VBScript.
•
Knowledge of Web Server environments (IIS, Netscape, Apache).
•
Knowledge of Exchange 2003/2007.
•
Experience with middleware solutions such as MSMQ and Microsoft Transaction Server.
•
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
•
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
•
Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
•
Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements.
•
Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements.
Education
•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or industry equivalent
