Pharma Field Sales - Hormone Therapy Professional - Northern, NJPURPOSE: Implement national NNI sales strategies on a local level. Sell and support targeted customers, improving the standard of care by providing better methods of prevention, detection and treatment.RELATIONSHIPS:This position reports to the District Business Manager of the specific sales territory being covered. External relationships to be maintained are with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other paramedical customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:? OUTPUTS• Developing and maintaining superior customer relationships and loyalty, at all levels with HCPs and patients.• Attain territorial sales objectives through utilization of resources.• Maintain accurate territorial records of physicians and accounts.• Knowledge of products, competitive products, selling skills, women’s health diseases and treatment methods.• Outstanding teamwork at all levels: district and cross-functional initiatives.? MEASURES• District and national sales, market share reports and analyses.• Productivity reports – calls, call plan compliance, samples, etc.• Sales call evaluated by DBM (Field Contact Report).• Customer, industry and company surveys regarding NNI status as a Hormone Therapy Professional.? ACTIVITIES• Sales calls on targeted and non targeted customers for company products and services.• Providing appropriate medical education activities and programs.• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and displays as directed by management.• Conform to all company policies and procedures; maintain business professionalism, maintain company property in a responsible manner, and exercise prudent control of field expenses (respecting Pharma guidelines).• Collaborate with all NNI teammates (Managed Care, Marketing, etc.)KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS? Bachelor’s Degree required.? Valid driver’s license. ? Basic computer skills (Excel & Word)? 0 – 2 years of outside sales experience.?
