Known for our straightforward approach to solving our clients' most complex business challenges, Deloitte consultants work hand-in-hand with clients to improve business performance, drive shareholder value, and create competitive advantage in the most practical, sensible ways possible.  Deloitte's Special Programs service line provides cross-functional support and consulting services and solutions to Federal Intelligence Agencies.  The PeopleSoft Functional Consultant provides consulting services and solutions to a specific long-term client within the Intelligence Community.PeopleSoft Functional Consultant - Intelligence Community  Education Requirements - Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or related discipline - Graduate degree (i.e. MBA, MS, MA, MPA) preferred  Experience Requirements - 3 years experience working in Consulting or related industry with focus on Information Technology and the Public Sector - U.S. Government experience within the Federal Government or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government - 3 years experience supporting the implementation of a PeopleSoft Projects, Time & Labor, or Asset Management  Required Skills - PeopleSoft Projects, Time & Labor, or Asset Management Subject Matter Expert - Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft and recent design/implementation experience  Preferred Skills & Experience - Experience as a Project Cost analyst, Supply Chain analyst, or Asset Management analyst, within the federal government - Experience as a PPE (Plant Property and Equipment)Analyst within the Federal Government - Strong analytical skills (e.g. use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access to analyze data) - Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g. proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word) - Ability to interact with all levels within a government agency and consulting firm  Required Work Location - Must be willing to commute daily to Ft. Meade, Maryland, with the understanding that other work sites may be throughout Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area  Security Clearance - Applicants should be eligible to hold a US Gov't Security Clearance at the TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph level - Active Lifestyle polygraph preferred  Please note that Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
