Payroll Coordinator:

 

Associa’s growing payroll department has a need for a dependable Payroll Coordinator to join its winning team.  The right candidate will be responsible for processing payroll and providing customer service for several of our field locations.  Successful candidates should have the following skills:

 

 Strong work ethicAbility to work well with minimal supervisionOutstanding interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and detail-orientationStrong data entry skillsThree years of multi-state payroll processing Three years of experience working with ADP payroll Prefer experience using PC Payroll, Pay Force or Enterprise payroll software Intermediate level experience with Microsoft office10-key by touchPrevious experience with time and attendance systemsHigh School DiplomaSome college preferred
