Orlando Senior Change Management Professional
North Highland is currently seeking a Senior Change Management professional if you have been successful in a client-facing, consulting role with a reputable, recognized consulting firm, we would love to hear from you!
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years work experience including at least five of these years in management consulting, with strong Organizational Change Management experience. Candidates must demonstrate project management experience covering a broad business base, complemented with experience and expertise in several of the following disciplines: Organizational change management
Design and implementation of readiness solutions
Communications execution and planning
Organization development and design
Managing change throughout the full lifecycle of a technology implementation
Training design and development
Performance management
Business transformation
Work with Senior Management to design and execute stakeholder analysis
Conduct sponsorship workshops around large scale transformation programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
