Manager Oil & Gas Practice: The Deloitte Consulting Oil & Gas Practice serves clients in all segments of the oil and gas industry, helping them realize opportunities and address the challenges that persist in this truly global industry.  Our practice serves over 90 oil and gas companies nationally, including nearly 80% of the oil and gas companies on the Fortune 1000, providing services that help eachachieve their specific objectives and add value across the organization. These areas include exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas (upstream), oil and gas service and drilling companies (oilfield services), gathering and transportation of crude oil and natural gas (midstream), and refining of crude oil and marketing of petroleum products (downstream). Deloitte Consulting's Enterprise Applications Practice (Oracle Solutions, SAP Solutions, & Emerging Solutions) helps clients solve complex business issues with a combination of packaged software, more efficient processes, and deep industry experience. Our work allows clients to gather, analyze, access, and use information from across their enterprise to create value in all aspects of their business-from the back office to the front desk, from CRM to Supply Chain to ERP.   Our Oracle Solutions service line combines extensive experience with broad consulting capabilities to help customers address their most complex business challenges-from enterprise value maximization and business case development to program management and application configuration. Packages supported within Oracle Solutions include: Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and JD Edwards.  Our Oracle Solutions service line is currently looking for industry-leading Oracle EBS Financials Managers with the following experience: - A proven functional/technical professional with at least 4+ full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation and 8+ years of industry or consulting experience. - MUST have Management Consulting experience - At least 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Financials. - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. - Proven skills as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 3+ full cycle implementations. - A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training,defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. - Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. - Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. - Strong configuration and design skills. - Ability to travel 80-100% - A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent Location:  Houston Irving or DallasAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
