Packages supported within Oracle Solutions include: Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and JD Edwards. Manager - A  functional/technical professional with at least four full lifecycle (software package) implementations and 8 - 10  years of consulting experience. - At least eight years of experience implementing and configuring (Software Package). - Proven skills as a team lead or Project Manager on at least three+ full cycle implementations - Able to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities. - Ability to travel 80-100% - A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent   Deloitte is seeking Demantra Trade Promotion Management implementation consultants. Applicants must have strong process knowledge and possess 2 to 7 years of Consumer Goods industry experience in Trade Promotion Management, Predictive Modeling and Deductions and Settlements. External consulting experience will be an added advantage.    YOU ARE: - A proven consulting/functional professional, with at least one full lifecycle Demantra Trade Promotion Management implementation. - 5-7 years of Consumer Goods Industry or Consulting experience - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. - A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. - Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel - Available to travel 80% of the time. - Expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods industry - Expertise in Trade Promotion Management Processes Candidates with technical Demantra configuration experience in the CG industry: - Predictive Trade Planning - Trade Optimization - Deductions and Settlements - Basic knowledge (depending on the level) of Trade Promotions - Demonstrated consulting expertise/skills with large clients This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.   Position-specific Requirements: - Bachelors degree - 2 - 5 years Consumer Goods Industry experience in Sales and Trade Promotion Management - Experience with a TPM highly desirable(Preferably Demantra) - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong planning and organization skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel per the client's needs (80-100%) About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
