ORACLE DBA Specialists deliver software solutions to a specific long-term client.  Specialists are expected onsite near Ft. Meade on a daily basis.  Education Requirements - Undergraduate degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline preferred - Graduate degree (i.e., MBA, MPA) preferred Experience Requirements - 5 years experience working in Consulting or related industry with focus on Information Technology and Public Sector - U.S. Governement experience within the Federal Govenerment, Military Service, or Consulting / Contracting to the Federal Government - 3 years experience as an Oracle DBA   Preferred Skills & Experience - Strong analytical skills (e.g., use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access to analyze data) - Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word) - Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client processes and needs - Ability to analyze client processes, develop clear, detailed information technology functional requirements - Ability to lead small teams to complete a project - Strong written and oral skills required - Development experience with Oracle Required Work Location - Must be willing to commute daily to Ft.
