Purpose of Position:
Hitachi Consulting’s Pacific Southwest (Southern California) practice is currently experiencing growth, and we are looking for strong individuals to add to our team. Due to our continued success we are seeking qualified candidates who are interested in playing key roles in leading and participating in consulting engagements in a variety of target areas.

Position Description: Hitachi Consulting’s Business Intelligence practice is experiencing exponential growth and is looking for seasoned OBIEE professionals to help grow our practice.  The positions available require a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement. The position will require a person who can range from being the manager of an implementation team to being the sole resource on a project and working directly with the client to gather requirements, build a proof of concept and implement the solution. 

Required
•  Three to five+ years of development competency with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) analytical applications (Financial Analysis, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, etc.).
•  Experience with specific subject areas (Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) desired.
•  Experiences to include:
o  OBIEE Packaged Analytic applications v10.1 or higher, v10.3.3.1 preferred.
o  Knowledge of key metrics and reports included in the packaged applications and the data fields supported by OBIEE and source system(s).
o  Knowledge of Oracle ERP source systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle PeopleSoft preferred.  
•  Experience with Oracle ERP systems and the corresponding business processes and reporting environments.
•  Progressive experience with OBIEE Package Analytic application development and oversight, along with system implementation and project management experience.
•  Bachelor's degree required.
