Operations Manager – NC, USA
We are searching for an Operations Manager with a H3 Class 1 license and located locally or within the region for an easy move.
Company is a diverse, multi-faceted, family owned company headquartered in NC. They have a presence throughout the Southeast. Company is founded on solid principals and is a strong, financially stable company.
Responsibility
• Supervision of Managers and sales person
• Will work with managers on degree days, inventory, fuel purchasing, summer fills
• Working knowledge of P and L statements
• Support for customer service complaints and initiatives
• Lead the growth and development of each division thru sales, marketing and strategic goal strategies
• Provide leadership and direction for team building and unity of operations as a whole
• Thru Operational Excellence identify needs of efficiencies and suggest/implement changes to improve service and save costs where possible
• Someone who is a step above a service manager - not in sales, but on the service side.
Requirements:
• Mechanical License H3 Class 1
• Management experience
• Located within the region (within about 300 miles)
