Onsite Program Manager

Global Managed Services (GMS) is a managed service provider offering vendor management services to Fortune 1000 Companies. GMS has recently signed a new client located in Cary, NC and are currently seeking an Onsite Program Manager. The Onsite Program Manager will manage and monitor the GMS on-site managed program, establish and maintain high-level client and supplier relationships, administer VMS tools in response to the hiring managers, program sponsors and corporate support, and ensure maximum communication and service levels to the client hiring managers and staffing suppliers.
Key Responsibilities of the RoleWork with GMS Implementation Manager to develop standardized program policies, procedures, training modules, user manuals, quality metrics, client reporting, and other required program materials. Pursue opportunities to raise our profile within the client as appropriateReview, follow up and resolve any unpaid hours and expenses on a monthly basis and coordinate with GMS operations team to ensure all accounts payable/receivable are up to date Manage cost savings initiativesIdentify problematic client issues and suggest corrective actions.Report directly to our clients sponsor regarding program progress Maintain program statistics and distribute metric reports on a weekly, monthly etc. basis. Present to client on the progress of the program on a quarterly basis Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies Attend relevant internal and external meetings Provide business specific management information on request, both quantitative and qualitative May be responsible for managing one employee in the near term
Skills and Experience Required
At least 5 years experience in the staffing industry, preferable through a MSP or onsite management programA dynamic team player with a proven track record of consensus building.Financial Services Recruiting Experience a plusExperience having recruited in a busy/demanding client environment preferred Experience managing relationships with staffing agencies Strong customer interfacing skills. Excellent problem solving skillsMust be Polished and Professional Bachelors DegreeStrong knowledge of / experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
