Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Small, but rapidly growing consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated, extremely organized person to join our team on a full time basis (M-F, 9AM – 5PM). This position holds career growth potential for the right individual.

 

Job Description: Responsible for all bookkeeping tasks including processing payroll, preparing proposals/invoices, managing AP/AR, budgeting, purchasing and financial planning Serve as primary contact for clients and vendors such as advertising agencies, IT consultants and legal team Maintain Outlook calendar and consultant schedules Coordinate travel for consultants,  programs and tradeshow events Type and help prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, articles/publishing, website content

 

Critical Job Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or comparable business training Minimum of 4 years work experience Expertise in QuickBooks Mastery of Microsoft Outlook and Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Publisher a plus Strong word processing, proofreading and grammar skills Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unexpected change
