We are looking for a New Production Preparation Process Advisors.Essential Responsibilities: Responsible driving the Lean Six Sigma manufacturability enabling a robust manufacturing readiness for equipment, process, and quality aspects to meet customer CTQs that ultimately enable the COE to achieve our Growth Playbook vision. Responsible for providing labor estimates for new designs to facilitate quotations to the customer, developing Operational Method Sheets, OMSs, for assembly procedures, interacting with engineering during new product proposals. Provide Design For Manufacturing,DFM, input with a lean perspective, working with the COE leadership team to develop plans for New Product Introduction, NPI requisition line layout and build process, identifying unique quality requirements for New Product Introduction, NPI customers, managing the change order process on the A frame to ensure supply chain is ready. Able to validate proofs of concepts, working with the manufacturing teams to conduct Action Work Outs, AWOs. Basic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree; 4 plus years of leadership role in business or manufacturing in lieu of a degree.
