A global consulting firm seeks an experienced full-time Microsoft Office  Specialist. This position receives written documents and audio information from staff and using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) produces documents, slides, graphs, charts, and other materials used for clients and internal applications.  This position ensures the production of timely, accurate materials that are consistent with company standards and assists with other clerical and administrative functions on an as-needed basis.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year prior work experience in word processing, publications, or related work.  Post-high school coursework in computer software applications, word processing, or similar training is preferred.  Superior proficiency and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary; knowledge of Indesign and Visio software preferred.  Fluency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and transcription skills is necessary, along with the ability to effectively communicate and to organize and prioritize work.  Periodic travel may be required.  We offer a competitive compensation plan and a flexible work environment.  EOE                                                                            MFVD
