Management Consulting Services Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code 15926.749738.55369 CDI is currently looking for a Mechanical Assembly TechnicianTRAVEL: 5%-15% DEPARTMENT: ManufacturingREPORTS TO (Position): Manufacturing ManagerESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Assemble moderately complex electro mechanical sub assemblies and assemblies (No soldering) per drawings and/or special instructionsInstall sub assemblies into training devices per drawings and/or special instructions.Assist electrical technician in performance of their essential job functions.Perform minor fabrication requirements that may be necessary.Work with shop management and other company personnel to insure the timely completion of assigned tasks DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent.Two (2) years experience in manufacturing environment preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Work effectively and relate well with others. Ability to use hand tool appropriate for the position. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Average verbal communication skills. Forklift skills a plus.
