Marketing Coordinator

Clark & Reid, a dynamic, and growing privately owned Executive Moving & Storage, International Moving and Fine Furniture Delivery Service currently exceeding industry trends, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. We are In the midst of a comprehensive redefinition and re-ignition of brand, target markets and web-site capabilities.

 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining the company’s customer, prospect, partner and competitor database.  By interfacing with sales, client services, marketing, and billing, you will officially record any and all significant events associated with the targeted population.  The duties may also include training other members of the company for appropriate customer/prospect entry protocol, enabling the development of a comprehensive pipeline management system.

 

The Marketing Coordinator shall implement consistent company communications that include press releases, mailings, advertising, web site configuration, lead generation using various research tools, company collateral in addition to assisting in various public relations initiatives.  You will organize the preparation of proposals and responses to various Requests for Quotes and constantly research and cultivate new ideas for revenue growth.

 

Primary Responsibilities: Leads the effort to configure and build the Clark & Reid customer/prospect/vendor/competitor database from multiple sources within the organization. Organizes and configures company communications and responses to proposals. Facilitates prospect/client/other project-related research utilizing company-provided research tools. Retrieves reports relating to prospective sales, sales force activity, client services interaction. Maintains/maximizes web site effectiveness. Interfaces with specific marketing related vendors. Under the direction of the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, ensures consistent application and protection of the company brand internally and externally. Investigates, and advises upon new business cultivation tools.

 

Required Abilities:  Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent. Analytical aptitude and a capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts. Conscientious and meticulous attention to detail. Strong computer skills with a comprehensive knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite of applications. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
