We have Assembler and Machine Operator openings in our manufacturing area for enthusiastic, dedicated workers who can give great attention to detail and are willing to learn and strive for a quality result. Different position levels are available, depending on candidate qualifications. Openings on first and second shifts.

Assembler
Â
Piece together parts, according to drawings and procedures, with tools and fasteners. Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations having variable shapes, sizes and complexities. General electronics knowledge of handling, wiring, testing and troubleshooting electronic components and sub assemblies.
 Follow specified/established methods and procedures required to make designated assemblies involving the use of hand and power tools and test equipment. Conduct Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic testing utilizing computer controlled automated test equipment. Ensure job meets all requirements before leaving work center. Meet or exceed established production levels in a fast paced environment while maintaining high quality, & safety.

Machine Operator
Â
Mold Solid Dielectric modules on pressure gelation molding presses. This job utilizes a variety of equipment, such as vacuum casting machines, epoxy dispensing machines, electric ovens, water temperature controllers, heated hoses and hand tools.
 Set up and operate a variety of molding presses. Set up molding machines with required molds. Prepare and fill epoxy dispenser reservoirs with hardener and resin as required. Understand molding procedures and production expectations. Examine work for cosmetic and dimensional defects. Dispose of hazardous chemicals properly.

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D required.
Minimum 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Drawing & BOM interpretation. Must have the ability to use small hand and power tools. Computer skills Ability to read specifications, communicate with team members and understand both verbal and written instructions Able to meet physical demands of job as described below: Physical Demands: (The work is classified as Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL) by the US Dept. of Labor’s Dictionary of Occupational Titles.)Frequencies: Occasional (1-33%); Frequent (34-66%); Continuous (67-100%) Lifting Demands: Lift 100 lbs. on an occasional basis floor to waist.
