Managing Consultant

 

Fourth Floor Consulting, a division of Project Leadership Associates, Inc. is seeking a consultant with 10+ years of management consulting experience from either a top-tier firm (e.g. Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte), a middle-tier firm (Navigant, Huron) or a boutique firm.  Ideal consulting experience will include (prioritized):

1. M&A Integration

2. Strategy/Strategic Planning

3. Organizational Change

4. Business Process Reengineering

5. Business Operations and/or Financial ManagementPrior experience in an operating role a plusSkills/experience in:Senior-Level client service deliveryEngagement/Experience with senior management/C-suiteDemonstrated project management skills including problem-solvingSolution and methodology formulation and delivery/implementation Executive level session facilitationManaging multiple client/consultant project teamsMultiple sectors/industries Personal QualitiesHighly professional and credibleGood communicator w/ strong presentation skillsStrategic thinkerStrong analytical mindFast learnerFlexible/AdaptableEntrepreneurialWorks well with teams as well as independentlyTechnology skillsMS Office MS SharePoint and Visio preferred but not requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree; MBA preferredWillingness and ability to travel
