We are currently seeking qualified candidates to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of our worldwide operations.

This role is vital to the success of the organization in achieving strategic and tactical initiatives around the globe.

The ideal candidate will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations. He or she must also have the demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and other constituencies.

While you will not have direct reports you must exhibit the skills to get things done through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to move and interact within all levels of the organization. After working closely with our CEO in this role you will be ready to become a key member of our senior management team.

As the Management Executive you will possess 7-10 years of well rounded general business experience and possess an MBA. You will have exhibited your leadership skills in a variety of increasing roles of responsibility within your organization. Experience in the Professional Services industry is a plus but not required. Multi lingual capability would also be a benefit.

Domestic and international travel of up to 50% is required.
