MARKETING ASSISTANT

 

 

GiiNii International is a young, rapidly growing Consumer Electronics Company headquartered in San Ramon, CA.  We manufacture state-of-the-art electronic products in our world class facilities overseas and sell them directly to major retailers in the USA and other countries.  

 

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Assistant, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in leading branded consumer products packaging initiatives.

 

This position requires superb project management skills, a thorough understanding of how to work with creative resources, and an appreciation of brand-values.  Additional marketing duties will include: in-store merchandising initiatives and web site management.  Marketing, advertising, or product management experience is a plus.

 

The individual selected will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for a variety of marketing tasks.

 

 

 

In this position you will:

·         Support a variety of creative development initiatives including:

1. Packaging

2. Web content

3. Trade show booths

4. Major presentations

·         Work with creative teams to complete the above initiatives

·         Manage budgets and time lines

 

 

This position requires an individual with:

·         3-5 years experience in a consumer products marketing role with direct product packaging experience

·         The ability to work well with a number of creative contractors in many time zones

·         Good creative judgment and execution evidenced by a creative portfolio or examples of past work

·         Extreme detail orientation

·         The ability to work under very tight timelines and manage projects to completion within budget

·         A high proficiency in Power Point
