MANAGER, SITE ADMINISTRATION

PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for all Novo Nordisk Inflammation Research Center (NNIRC) site administration. Incumbent will leverage the existing service center concept in Novo Nordisk's US operations and will coordinate all relevant administrative, financial, IT and HR functions in Novo Nordisk Inc. (NNI) based in Princeton, New Jersey. RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to the Vice President, NNIRC. Internal relationships include working with research employees, project managers, as well as colleagues in BRU and Novo Nordisk Inc. External relationships include those with site management and other key vendors.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manages all site administrative matters – finance and budgeting, building and facilities operations, HR and IT support systems, administrative support services• Manages relationships with key interacting groups both within Novo Nordisk (such as HR, IT, finance/budgeting) and with external suppliers of equipment and services• Represents the NNIRC management team for construction and build-out projects providing equipment requirements, space planning, furnishing and finishes input and assuring equipment and furnishings availability with construction schedules.KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:• BA/BS required, CPM preferred • Minimum of 5 years procurement and/or operations experience • Proven experience in systems applications and implementations • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Strong action orientation and energy level • Strong understanding of essential site operational servicesOTHER:• Works within Novo Nordisk’s established policies and procedures and ensures alignment of their work to Novo Nordisk fundamentals.• Embraces Novo Nordisk Values in spirit and actions.• Approximately 35% overnight travel job information Job Title MANAGER, SITE ADMINISTRATION Location: Seattle Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Biotech/R&D/Science contact information Reference Code: 1253BR Click here to experience Novo Nordisk, its culture and its values Length: 3:03 min Novo Nordisk is an Equal Opportunity Employer
