Legal Project Administrator

Individual will work closely with the Corporate Governance Manager and the Contracts Manager on law department initiatives, including the following: (1) processing and administration of the documentation for all contractor arrangements; (2) review of all company engagement letters to identify specific restrictive covenants; (3) maintenance of reports and spreadsheets on various agreements used or tracked by the law department; (4) preparation and filing of Section 16 reporting forms for corporate officers and directors; (5) preparation and monitoring of 10b5-1 plans of employees and company directors; and (6) assist in the administration of the corporate compliance program. Individual will report to the Deputy General Counsel. • Bachelor's Degree • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a corporate environment or equivalent experience • Excellent verbal and written skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives • Personal initiative • Strong computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel Please apply through our website at www.huronconsultinggroup.com/careers.aspx.
