Management Consulting Services Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code 15926.749738.54447 CDI is currently looking for an above average Lead Clinical Information Systems Analyst to work with one of our EXCELLENT clients in Houston.Please submit you resume as soon as possible; dont miss out on this great DIRECT HIRE opportunity.MUST be Epic Certified in Resolute Professional Billing.Our client is shaping the future of medicine, forging a dynamic environment where the best minds come together to discover and deliver the best possible health care.Join their Information Technology Team as they grow to build an integrated outpatient clinic and hospital designed from the ground up to deliver the best medical care.In this role you will provide strategic direction, analysis, support, maintenance, data integration and customized solutions for clinical applications and databases used throughout the clinical departments.This position will also provide direction on project management and implementation activities for clinical systems related to the clinical practice.DUTIES:Provides application/database analysis and support, system integration, interface integration or customized application solutions for clinical applications used throughout the clinical departments.Provides direction on project management and implementation activities related to the implementation of clinical systems data.Accountable for successful project outcome.Facilitates communication with clinical staff and affiliated institutions related to assessing and defining operational workflow, system requirements and solutions.Provides clinical systems expertise, training, and other support as needed.Designs, develops and maintains custom clinical content for the practice management system, electronic medical records system or the interface engine application software as assigned.Provides in depth analysis, validation and correction of data within clinical applications including IDX practice management systems, EMR, EMPI, Interface Engine application and associated modules as assigned.Performs application monitoring and planning, utilization tracking and reporting.Provides application/system tuning when appropriate.Recommends and supports streamlining of processes to increase system functionality and productivity.Provides secondary support to primary personnel to assist with supporting other application modules as needed.Acts as a resource for clinical systems industry knowledge and other support activities.Manages system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications. Coordinates with IT personnel and affiliated IT departments.Provides support and maintenance activities for clinical interfaces.Develops documentation including specifications, interface maps, project plans and timelines, standards, policies, procedures, and task and issues logs.Acts as operational/data liaison with departments to identify and resolve operational workflows issues related to technology, and issues related to data, data integrity, and interfaces.Provides operational/data liaison with CSS to identify enhancement opportunities for improved operational efficiency.Provides technical and helpdesk support to clients and affiliated clients using or planning to use computing resources as needed. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Support of company websites and systems, providing technical support in installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the systems are functioning according to specifications.
