Our client a locally owned staffing agency with 3 branch's and expanding is currently seeking a Junior Staffing Specialist. Past Staffing experience a plus but not necessary.

Requirements:

Stable Work History
Previous Customer Service background within an office setting
Computer experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment

JOB DUTIES/PURPOSE :
We are searching for a dedicated, professional staffing specialist to work in our Twinsburg and Cuyahoga Falls location as well as the new branch that we are developing in Southern Cuyahoga County. Duties would include but are not limited to cultivating new relationships with companies, recruiting, interviewing and servicing existing accounts. Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong desire to succeed will qualify you for this position.
