Job Responsibilities
Junior Office Manager for an 8 person, growing consulting firm located downtown Silver Spring. Responsible for:
Manage 1 employee:Â receptionist/office manager assistant
A/RÂ billing and reconciliation bookkeeper and client contact for inquiries
HR Manage admin assistant/receptionist Maintain files (agreements, time off, etc.)
Product Fulfillment and Management Fulfill orders for books, posters, and Starter Kit orders Manage product inventory Enter product sales into CRM Setting up temporary log-ins for online subscription tools Manage web seminar set-up and registration Process CEUs
Assist with technology breakdowns, communicating with computer/phone/tech support as needed (this doesn’t require technical experience; just a willingness to help)
Assist with document prep as-needed.Â
