KTC is hiring a full-time Jr Recruiter to join its team. Responsibilities will include recruiting and sourcing technically qualified consultants to fill existing positions.

Day to day tasks include: 
Placing calls to prospective candidates that qualify for open positions, introductory calls to identify candidate’s availability, skills match, experience, education, clearance, salary requirements and interest.  Responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidates for open opportunities.Educate candidate on KTC and it’s services. Identifying qualified candidates for defined, open job requirements by interviewing each candidate. Recruiter will also be responsible for confirming/negotiating salary/hourly rate to match company margin goals and candidate’s desired pay. Recruiter must also market candidate’s abilities to Account Manager responsible for open positions. Recruiter schedules interviews with candidates as initiated by client, and follow-up after interviews to receive feedback of interview and commitment to accept position, when offered. Responsible for all administrative duties related to hiring new consultants and managing affairs of consultants after their hire date, including timesheet submission, job satisfaction reviews, and monthly or bi-monthly check-ins. Enter and manage all candidate information in KTC Recruiting database, including all contact, skills, education, clearance and discussion information. As possible, identify and define new job requirements from existing and new clients.



Compensation includes base salary plus bonuses, and company subsidized benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term/Short-term Disability, Education/Training Reimbursement, 401K, paid Vacation and Holidays.
