It has a stellar record of referral-based clients and desires to grow this client base exponentially over the next 5 years to the next stage of revenue capabilities. However, to do this, we need somebody with strategic and entrepreneurial management capability or strong sales/marketing expertise or both.   Oh, and do I dare say …. is able and willing to invest money to support both.   This owner is willing and able to build a flexible exit strategy, as required, to attract the right partner.
