For more information, please visit www.prudential.com The Intercultural Program Specialist (also called Intercultural Program Manager or IPM) is responsible for managing intercultural training service delivery and managing intercultural client accounts to maintain and grow intercultural services with corporate clients. Provides customer service to insure client satisfaction while maximizing opportunities for new business from existing clients. Makes consultative recommendations for training programs and assessment services for current and potential clients. Manages trainers who are conducting programs. Responsible for program tracking, billing and expense management. Serves as intercultural product specialist to support account management and sales teams. Principle Accountabilities: Manage delivery of high-quality Intercultural services to clients Provide customer service to clients and customers, manage client accounts including development of account profiles and strategies, providing necessary reports or service updates for clients Maximize opportunities for additional revenue from existing accounts with focus on improved penetration rates and closure rates Responsible for accurate billing of services and expense management to meet budget targets Select and manage trainers for each program Provide support to trainers on operational issues, concerns and questions Serve as intercultural product specialist to support account management and sales teams; activities may include creating and giving client reviews or presentations, writing or contributing to proposals, developing client reporting Client and customer satisfaction This position can be worked from a home office.
