India - Technical Sales Representative

Neudesic is seeking an experienced India Sales Representative who has a minimum of 5 years experience of selling IT Consulting Services and/or Software Solutions with at least 3 of those in selling Offshore Services, will be responsible for partnering to qualify and develop new business relationships. Assigned to Neudesic's India offices and reporting to the Director of Offshore Operations, this Sales Representative shall provide lead generation and sales by performing the following tasks: Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop and manage their sales strategy and approach in order to generate new business in targeted market sectors.• Execute outbound calling campaigns in each market sector, designed to drive qualified new business leads.• Perform research for each assigned market sector in preparation for outbound calls.• Uncover new sales opportunities by networking to increase contacts; prioritizing prospects and remaining cognizant of changing market conditions.• Provide Microsoft product and technology service line of business information to prospective customers.• Conduct sales presentations via the phone and over the Internet.• Follow up on marketing activity leads in order to generate further customer interest, and qualify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers.• Participate in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targets.• Perform research on Neudesic competitors and their offerings and sharing information through the proper channels.• Preparation of proposals, contracts and/or other sales related documentation.• Track and provide reporting for Neudesic management detailing call activity, pipeline updates and lead generation results.  Additional Skills & Competencies:• Must have successful experience selling IT Professional Services contracts for Project Based Consulting Services.• Experience selling Offshore Consulting services for following types of solution based engagementso  Application Developmento  Application Support / Application Outsourcing / Sustainmento  Application Integrationo  Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Solutionso  Strategic Staffing Solutions • Demonstrated working knowledge of sales force automation technologies and experience applying these technologies in the sales process.• Experience and skill selling to CXOs, VPs and IT Directors• Proven record of meeting and surpassing sales quotas• Experienced user of all MS office tools• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, presentations, and rapidly changing priorities.  Neudesic provides for a culture of collaboration, communication, accountability, hard work, individual development and fun.
