IT Manager

This position is a Manager for the IT department. In addition to possessing a solid technical foundation this person must be able to participate in solution conversations with external clients and internal staff, and then assist in project development. The ideal candidate for this position will posses a solid foundation in SharePoint technologies ranging from planning and architecting portal based solutions to development of web parts. Project related duties may include client interaction to define technical requirements, architecting and developing solutions, solution testing, and on-going application support.

Must have strong team orientation.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, SharePoint development utilizing Microsoft developer tools.

Position Requirements:

* Expert knowledge of the MS SharePoint system and associated SharePoint services and SharePoint portal and web part development

* Knowledge of MS Active Directory - ADSI / LDAP

* Expert knowledge of systems architecture, Q/A, and Systems Documentation

* 2+ years must be in direct exposure to Share Point Technologies in administration and development.

* 2+ years experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET

* Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web standards

* Experience using and deploying SOAP services: WSDL, XML and XSLT

* Experience with object-oriented design and development

* Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures

* MS IIS and SQL Database Integration
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Microsoft Developer Certification a plus
* Experience with solution planning
* Familiarity with database design and development
* Excellent organization and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team Focused

Additional technical proficiency that will be seen as a plus:
